As babies, we relied on our caregivers to cuddle and hold us, help us feel safe, and regulate our nervous systems. Yet as adults, we rarely get the chance to truly surrender.

A cuddle & holding session offers a carefully curated experience where you are invited to feel loved and held without needing to give anything back. In this space of safety, your nervous system can relax deeply, offering your body and mind a chance to reset and heal.

What You Might Experience

Being held unconditionally can be profoundly healing. There may be a part of you that’s longed for this kind of presence—a safe, nurturing space where there are no limits, conditions, or expectations.

In this session, you might experience deep relaxation, perhaps for the first time without worrying about the needs of others. Emotions might arise—tears, joy, sadness, or even a mix of everything—and that’s perfectly natural.

The key is that you don’t need to do anything. That in itself can take time to trust. Your body, in its wisdom, will decide when it’s ready to let go.

We carry our past in our nervous systems—imprints from challenging relationships, rejection, or difficult family dynamics. In this session, your nervous system gets a chance to release some of those imprints. It learns that in the present moment, it is safe to trust and relax, creating a new reference point for future healing.

How Does It Work?

Each session begins with a short conversation to help us connect and ensure you feel safe and comfortable. From there, we’ll move into a shared meditation, gently easing into the experience together.

I will begin by softly introducing touch in a comforting, non-sexual way—creating a sense of safety for your body and mind. Once you’re ready, I’ll invite you to find a position on or around my body that feels natural and restful for you. My full attention will remain with you throughout the session, and I’ll only move if you ask me to. You’re always in complete control.

This process takes time. Surrendering fully doesn’t happen on command, and that’s okay. Your body may resist at first—through tension, looping thoughts, or difficulty finding comfort. These responses are welcome; they’re simply part of the journey.

There’s no right or wrong way to relax. Your body and heart know what they need, and they’ll take their own time. I’m here to hold space for you, free of judgment, for as long as it takes.

For many, it takes around 30 minutes for their body to trust enough to let go. For others, it might take longer—or happen more quickly. There’s no rush, no expectation. Every nervous system is unique, and I’m here to meet you exactly where you are.

If tears arise, I’ll remain present, holding you exactly as you are. If laughter surfaces, the same. Whatever you experience is welcome, and I’ll simply be there with you in loving presence.

Sessions typically last 60–90 minutes, depending on your needs.
